Outline

Many years in the making, the site redesign had many phases. Here’s the short version of the long journey.


Problem identification

One of the main pieces was to ensure the new design brought our new branding into the fold. This involved the header, footer, type and all components within our portfolio.


Design process

Creating a sustainable process of approval across multiple teams. Creative marketing teams, partners in parallel design verticals, developers and the leadership council (including business and product). Worked hand in hand with product to prioritize the work, breaking down to areas each of the seven designers could take on and own.
